Mental Wellbeing

Mental wellbeing affects everyone, every day. Whether we are happy, healthy and able to thrive under pressure, or experiencing depression and ill health, our mental wellbeing can change often and easily, depending on what is happening around us.

Sleep, relationships with family or colleagues, or even how we respond to change or workload are just some of the things that can impact our mental health. Research shows that making small changes to how we live, as well as teaching ourselves different ways of thinking/reacting to things, can all improve our bodies and minds to help us be at our best.

The following programmes are designed to improve our understanding of mental wellbeing, providing training into how we can look after our own minds and support those of the people around us.
